Oklahoma voters approved Medicaid expansion!

We could all use a little good news during these dark days, right? 

Well, here's some: Oklahoma voters just approved Medicaid expansion for their state!

They recognized the importance of providing a health insurance option to grocery store workers, child care teachers, janitors, and other workers with incomes below the poverty line — including those who have recently lost jobs or work hours due to COVID.

And they recognized that Medicaid expansion is a key step to fighting the COVID pandemic and pumping federal dollars into the sagging state economy.

If they can do it, we can do it too.

Will you send an email to your Representative and Senator at the Texas Legislature to make sure they see the news about Oklahoma and to urge them to expand Medicaid?
