Texans Can Sign Up for Insurance on HealthCare.Gov Nov. 1 - Jan. 15
Are you or a loved one uninsured?
Or maybe you have insurance, but you want a new plan that is a better fit for your budget and your health needs?
If so, we have good news for you: Today is the first day of open enrollment for health insurance on HealthCare.Gov!
Now that Congress increased the financial assistance, many Texans with lower incomes are eligible for a comprehensive health plan with a $0/month premium and low or no deductible. And many families who didn't qualify for help in the past are now eligible for assistance.
In fact, 4 out of 5 shoppers can find a health plan to cover them in 2023 for $10/month or less!
Community organizations across the state are standing by to offer Texans free, expert help with the sign-up process.
January 15th is the last day to sign up — but we encourage Texans to sign up by December 15th so their health insurance starts on January 1st.
