Statewide meeting: Connecting Texans with Health Care Coverage

Join us October 14 from 8-12:30 p.m. in Austin for a statewide gathering of Texans working on outreach, enrollment, application assistance, closing the coverage gap, and Medicaid-CHIP enrollment support. There is no charge for the meeting, which is hosted by the Cover Texas Now coalition, but registration is required. Scholarships for travel costs are available. Register here. Participants are also invited to attend, at no extra charge, a "deeper dive" session on ACA enrollment and the Coverage Gap at 2:45 that afternoon as part of the Center for Public Policy Priorities' 2014 Hobby Policy Summit.

Who should attend the meeting? We recommend local outreach and enrollment leaders and assisters, Texans who want to close the Coverage Gap, HHSC Community Partners Program members, Navigators and Certified Application Counselor Organizations, or anyone who helps Texans enroll in health care, or wants to make it easier for Texans to enroll.
